How to Access Your VPS (SSH / RDP)

Linux VPS (SSH)

  1. After order activation you will receive an email with:
    – VPS hostname/IP
    – SSH port (usually 22 unless otherwise stated)
    – Root username and password.

  2. On Windows: use PuTTY or Windows Terminal.

  3. On macOS / Linux: use the built-in Terminal:
    ssh root@YOUR.SERVER.IP

  4. Accept the host key, then enter your password.

  5. For security, we strongly recommend:
    – Changing the root password on first login
    – Creating a non-root user
    – Enabling SSH key authentication where possible.

Windows VPS (RDP)

  1. Your welcome email contains the server IP, username (usually Administrator) and password.

  2. On Windows, open Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc), enter the IP and click Connect.

  3. On macOS, download the “Microsoft Remote Desktop” app from the App Store.

  4. Enter your credentials and log in.

If you cannot connect, please check:
• Your local firewall or ISP isn’t blocking the port
• You are using the correct IP, port and credentials
and then open a support ticket with the exact error message.
